ANTICANCER EFFECT OF POLYAMINE ANALOGUES

Polyamine exchange is considered to be a target for anticancer drug design. The search of biologically active molecules is carried out among polyamine analogues of different chemical classes. The most promising can be those ones which cause polyamine depletion and/or cytotoxic agents generation via polyamine oxidation activation.
