LEGAL REGULATION OF SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES ARISING IN THE TOURISM INDUSTRY

The present article considered the problem of regulating the settlement of disputes arising in the tourism industry. Differences in culture and traditions of different peoples cause disputes’ arising that, in the context of globalization, makes this problem particularly topical.

В настоящей статье рассмотрена проблема регулирования разрешения споров, возникших в сфере индустрии туризма. Различия в культуре и традициях разных народов зачастую служат причиной для возникновения споров, что, в условиях глобализации, делает данную проблему особенно актуальной.
