BATTERY SCRAP COLLECTION AND STORAGE IN MOSCOW REGION: ENVIRONMENTAL AND ECONOMIC ISSUES

The article provides complex assessment of environmental and economic aspects of the treatment of battery scrap in Russia. Moscow region was considered on the local level , recommendations for regulatory activities for the collection were developed, storage and processing of waste batteries and their recycling in the major cities of the Russian Federation was elaborated on.
