Синхронические и диахронические модели языковой нормы: миноритарный язык между "кодифицированным вариантом" и "литературным языком"

Статья посвящена исследованию проблемы феноменов и понятий «литературный язык» и стандартный вариант в синхронной и диахронной перспективе. Показаны их различия в структурно-типологическом и культурно-историческом планах, определяются их место и функции в структуре этнической идентичности, процессах кодификации, нормализации и стандартизации языков, а также их роль в процессе ревитализации языков и сохранения лингвистического разнообразия.

Synchronic and diachronic model of linguistic norm: a minority language between "codified variety" and "literary language"

The article investigates the problem of phenomena and concepts of "literary language" and a standard variety in the synchronic and diachronic perspective. We show their differences in the structural-typological and cultural-historical points of view, their place and function in the structure of ethnic identity, in the codification process, in the normalization and standardization of languages, as well as their role in the process of languages revitalization and linguistic diversity conservation.
