Environmental security: constitutional and legal regulation on the modern stage

The article analyzes the constitutional and legal provision of ecological safety of the Russian Federation at the present stage. A review of Decisions of the constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, as well as criminal, administrative and civil legislation and strategic initiatives in the field of environmental security.
