Рассматривается степень делегирования полномочий как критерий, позволяющий сделать вывод о механизмах принятия решений в рамках интеграционного объединения. Проводится сравнительно-правовой анализ механизмов интеграции в Европейском союзе и Содружестве Независимых Государств. Формулируются выводы об отсутствии эффективного институционального механизма принятия решений и особенностях интеграции в рамках Содружества Независимых Государств.

Comparative Legal Analysis of Mechanisms of Integration in European Union and Commonwealth of Independent States

We consider the degree of delegation of authority as a criterion which allows to conclude about the mechanisms of decisionmaking within the integrated union. We also conduct a comparative legal analysis of the mechanisms of integration in the European Union and the Commonwealth of Independent States. We draw the conclusions about the absence of an effective institutional mechanism for decision-making and features of integration within the Commonwealth of Independent States.
