Конституция Республики Коста-Рика: ретроспективный политико-правовой анализ и современность

В статье рассматриваются некоторые аспекты конституционного развития одной из стран Латинской Америки - Коста-Рики. Даются подходы к регламентации некоторых ключевых вопросов (брак и семья, труд, конкуренция и пр.) на уровне последней Конституции - акта 1949 г. в ред. 2015 г.

The Constitution of the Republic of Costa Rica: a Retrospective Political and Legal Analysis and the Modern Times

The article discusses some aspects of the constitutional development of one of the countries of Latin America - Costa Rica. Approaches to the regulation of some key issues (marriage and family, labor, state structure, etc.) at the last 1949 Constitutional act as amended in 2015 are given.
