Энергосервис как инструмент повышения энергоэффективности: теоретические аспекты и практика применения

В настоящее время энергоэффективность можно отнести к одному из ключевых по казателей достижения устойчивого развития страны. К институциональным инструментам повыше ния энергоэффективности в экономике страны относятся: энергосервисные контракты; энергети ческий аудит, механизм государственно-частного партнерства, уровень образования в сфере энерго сбережения и энергоэффективности и др. В статье представлены результаты анализа теории и практики применения энергосервисных контрактов в мировой энергетике и в России. Охарактеризо вано влияние наличия в стране энергоресурсов на развитие энергосберегающих технологий и альтер нативной энергетики.

Energy Service as a Tool for Improving Energy Efficiency: Theoretical Aspects and Application Practices

At present, energy efficiency can be attributed to one of the key indicators for achieving sustainable development of the country. Institutional tools for increasing energy efficiency in the country's economy are: energy service contracts; energy audit, the mechanism of public-private partnership, the level of education in the field of energy conservation and energy efficiency, etc. The article presents the results of the analysis of the theory and practice of applying energy service contracts in the world energy and in Russia. The influence of the availability of energy resources on the development of energy saving technologies and alternative energy is described.
