Influence of the Convention on the rights of the Child on the status of children in internal law of the Caribbean states

An attempt was made on the basis of analysis of the legislation of eleven countries in the Caribbean region to consider the degree of impact of the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the status of the child in the legal systems of these countries.
