Еще в начале 1990-х годов российским парламентом была разработана и одобрена Концепция судебной реформы. Целями данной концепции определялись становление судебной власти в России, а именно развитие организационных основ судебной системы, усиление гарантий самостоятельности, развитие разных видов судопроизводств.

Disclosure of the potential of judicial system of the Russian Federation in the process of its reformation

In the early 90-ss the Parliament of Russia developed and approved the Concept of Judicial Reform. The objectives of the Concept were determined as judiciary formation in Russia, namely the development of the institutional framework of the judicial system, strengthening the guarantees of independence, development of different types of legal proceedings.
