РОЛЬ КЛАСТЕРОВ В РАЗВИТИИ ЖИЛИЩНО-КОММУНАЛЬНОГО КОМПЛЕКСА РЕСПУБЛИКИ КАЗАХСТАН

В статье рассматриваются кластеры в жилищно-коммунальной сфере как группы расположенных на одной территории взаимосвязанных предприятий и организаций ЖКХ, характеризующихся общностью и взаимосвязанностью своей деятельности, ее нацеленностью на удовлетворение потребностей граждан в жилищно-коммунальных услугах. Кластеры открывают новые возможности технологической модернизации и повышения эффективности оказания услуг в сфере ЖКХ.

The Role of Clusters in the Development of Housing and Communal Complex of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The article deals with clusters of housing and communal services, considering them as groups located in the area of interconnected companies and organizations of a communal sector, characterized by community and interconnectedness of their activities, its focusing on satisfying the needs of citizens in the housing and communal services. Clusters offer new possibilities of technological modernization and efficiency of service delivery in housing and communal sectors.
