Concept of the statute of inheritance and its evolution

In article the concept of the statute of inheritance is analyzed, the circle of questions which are included into its maintenance in the Russian and foreign legislation is analyzed. Evolution of the theory of statutes is considered in historical aspect. The basic doctrines of the theory of statutes which have affected development of the international private law reveal.
