Современные информационные технологии и политический дискурс

Статья посвящена трансформации традиционного политического дискурса в дискурсии, порожденные коммуникационной революцией, информационными взрывами и технологическими изменениями. В нашу задачу входит показать и проанализировать, как политический дискурс не только переходит, мигрирует и, в конечном итоге, осваивает дискурс новых информационных технологий, но и порождает новые смыслы (о единстве противоборствующих дискурсий в континууме речевой деятельности - системе смыслоразличения и смыслопорождения дискурсов языковой личности см.: [1, 1992, 144]. Исходя из того, что наше понимание окружающего нас мира и социальной действительности происходит в идеологической борьбе между дискурсиями, нам видится необходимым вывести за текстуальные рамки анализ взаимоотношений дискурса новых информационных технологий и политического дискурса, ибо эти рамки значительно сужают «веер» смыслов, вкладываемых политиками.

Modern information technologies and political discourse

Тhe article is devoted to the transformation of the traditional political discourse in discourses engendered by the communication revolution, information explosions and technological changes. Our task is to show and analyze how the political discourse not only transforms, migrates and, eventually, develops the discourse of new information technologies, but also generates new meanings (about the unity of opposing discourses in the continuum of speech activity - the system of meaning and meaning of discourses linguistic personality, see: [1, 1992, 144].Based on the fact that our understanding of the world around us and of social reality occurs in the ideological struggle between discourses, we see the necessary conclusion ty for the textual analysis of the scope of relations between the discourse of the new information technologies and the political discourse, because this framework considerably narrow "fan" the meaning given by politicians.
