В зависимости от целей и задач, существуют определенные стратегии развития данных компаний. В данной статье отражены виды стратегий, методы их реализации, а также, этапы развития и оценка деятельности предприятий РКП.

This article is devoted to the activities of enterprises involved in the rocket and space industry. There are various approaches to the analysis of the work of enterprises of the RCP. Depending on the goals and objectives, there are certain strategies for the development of these companies. This article reflects the types of strategies, methods for their implementation, as well as the stages of development and assessment of the activities of the enterprises of the RCP.
