Educational migration to Russia: Its role in social-economic and demographic development

The tendencies of educational migration of foreign students to Russia are considered. The authors outline four effects produced by the educational migration on the country. Some recommendations regarding the formation of migration policy for attraction of foreign education migrants to Russia are offered.
