Constitution of the United Stated and Evolution of Presidential Power

Owing to uncertainty of the norms of the United States Constitution the authorities of the US President changed considerably and his competence was expanded. The construction of the content of the authorities of the US President is based on the interpretation of constitutional norms by the Supreme Court of the United States. The present article examines the reasons for the extension of presidential power in the US constitutional system.
