Lithium conducting oxides: synthesis, structure, electrocon-ducting properties

Data on properties of lithium conducting oxides of perovskite type AB03 oxides on the basis of lanthanum lithium titanate (La,Li)Ti03, lanthanum lithium niobate and tantalate and garnet Li5La3M:Oi2 (M=Nb, Та) arc presented. Approaches to modification of properties of oxides as well as mechanisms of charge compensation connected with nonisovalcnt doping are discussed. Special attention is paid to the discussion of the influence of composition and preparation conditions on phase formation and crystal structure of oxides.
