Случай злокачественного течения вторичного сифилиса кожи и слизистых оболочек

Вторичный сифилис кожи и слизистых оболочек (А51.4) иногда, особенно у ослабленных больных (алкоголизм, хронические инфекции), протекает злокачественно с обильными высыпаниями на коже и слизистых, редко встречающимися пустулезными сифилидами. Врачи разных специальностей (терапевты, гинекологи) затрудняются в правильной диагностике, не думают о сифилисе, забывают клиническую картину этой социально опасной болезни. В статье описывается случай злокачественного течения вторичного сифилиса у женщины с асоциальным образом жизни.

Clinical case of malignant course of secondary syphilis of skin and mucous membranes

Secondary syphilis of the skin and mucous membranes (A51.4) sometimes, especially in weakened patients (alcoholism, chronic infections), proceeds malignantly with abundant rashes on the skin and mucous membranes, rarely encountered with pustular syphilis. Doctors of different specialties (therapists, gynecologists) find it difficult to diagnose correctly, without thinking about syphilis or forgetting the clinical picture of this socially dangerous disease. The article describes the case of a malignant course of secondary syphilis in a woman with an antisocial way of life.
