Терапия и профилактика бронхолегочной дисплазии с позиций доказательной медицины

В статье представлена краткая характеристика основных терапевтических и профилактических вмешательств, применяемых у детей с бронхолегочной дисплазией (БЛД)'' на основе результатов рандомизированных контролируемых и других исследований, выполненных с учетом принципов доказательной медицины. Приведены сведения о дозах лекарственных препаратов，их побочных эффектах. Все вмешательства, применяемые для профилактики БЛД, разделены на 4 группы: I-я снижающие частоту развития БЛД; 2-я не оказывающие положительного эффекта на частоту БЛД, но имеющие другие важные клинические преимущества; 3-я с отсутствием положительных эффектов в отношении БЛД; 4-я вмешательства, в отношении которых в настоящее время исследования продолжаются и пока не получено убедительных данных.

Therapy and prevention of bronchopulmonary dysplasia in the context of evidence-based medicine

The paper briefly characterizes the basic therapeutic and preventive interventions made in children with bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD) on the basis of the results of randomized controlled and other studies conducted，by taking into account the principles of evidence-based medicine. It gives information on the doses of drugs and their side effects. All the interventions used to prevent BPD are divided into 4 groups: 1) those that reduce the incidence of BPD; 2) those that have no positive impact on the incidence of BPD, but have other important clinical benefits; 3) those having no positive activity against BPD; 4) those that are ongoing and have not yielded strong evidence·
