Преждевременные роды

Рассмотрены общие вопросы влияния преждевременных родов на младенческую смертность, обсуждены факторы риска из развития. Описаны методы прогнозирования преждевременного прерывания беременности, подавления сократительной деятельности матки и профилактики респираторного дистресс-синдрома у новорожденных. Кратко обсуждены условия ведения преждевременных родов через естественные родовые пути и производства кесарева сечения.

Premature delivery

The general aspects of the impact of premature delivery on infantile mortality are considered and their risk factors discussed. Methods for predicting premature pregnancy interruption, suppressing uterine contractility, and preventing neonatal respiratory distress syndrome are described. The conditions for premature labor management by vaginal and cesarean deliveries are briefly discussed.
