РОЛЬ ПРОЦЕССОВ ГЛОБАЛИЗАЦИИ В СТАНОВЛЕНИИ НОВОЙ ЭКОНОМИКИ

The article is devoted to the research of role and place of globalization as the basic factor contributing to the emerging New Economy's structures and institutions. Transnational capitals flow and regional integration as well as new features of international labour division are being considered. Financial markets globalization is highlighted along with informational and technological transfer. Structural and functional contradictions becoming more and more acute bring about increasing differentiation within the modern world economic community under the Information Age conditions.
