Изучение масличности семян и присемянников Euonymus europaea I. и Euonymus verrucosa scop, и состава триацилглицеридов

Исследовано морфолого-анатомическое строение семян и присемянников Euonymus europaea L. и Euonymus verrucosa Scop, в сравнительном аспекте. Определена масличность семян и присемянников обоих видов. Установлены некоторые характеристики липидных фракций из семян и присемянников. Проведен анализ состава триацилглице-ридов масел семян обоих видов и присемянников Euonymus europaea с помощью ЯМР-спектроскопии. Выявлено, что состав триацилглицеридов масел семян и присемянников различен. В триацилглицеридах масел семян присутствует остаток уксусной кислоты.

The study of oil conrent of seeds and arilluses of Euonymus europaea 1. and Euonymus verrucosa scop, and composition of triacylglycerides

Morfo-anatomic structure of seeds and arilluses in comparative aspect was analyzed. Oil content of seeds and arilluses of both species was determined. Analysis of triacylglyceride composition from oils of seeds of both species and arilluses of E. europaea was done with usage of NMR-spectroscopy. Was found, that triacylglyceride compositions from oils of seeds of both species and from oils of arilluses ofE. europaea are different. There is vinegary acid residue in triacylglyceride composition from oils of seeds of both species.
