Факторы риска плазмафереза у больных большой формой бета-талассемии

В статье приводятся результаты исследования характера осложнений плазмафреза (ПА) и факторов, провоцирующих эти осложнения у 50 больных большой формой бета-талассемии, в терапии которых наряду с регулярными гемотрансфузиями применялся ПА. Данный метод применялся с целью детоксикации, иммунокоррекции, а также для предотвращения избыточного накопления железа в организме больных.

The article represent the investigation of complications caracter of plasmapheresis and facts which provocation thes complications of patients with erythroblastic anemia. The treatment of this patients include regular hemotransfusion and plasmapheresis with the object detoxication and immunocorection and to prevent the excess of ferum accumulation in patients organism.
