The Transmigratory Politics in National Autonomies of Russia in the 20th Years of the XX Century (Based at the Example of Kalmykia) Revisited

The article deals with the problem of the calmuics being removed from different regions of the Russian Federation to Calmuitskaya Autonomous Area in the 20-30 years of the XX century. Important parts played by the central administration in the uniting of the Calmuics people within the area is underiained. Granting financial and material means by the central administration for the purpose of solving important problems on the behalf of the Caknuician people has been paid special attention to.
