New Educational Technologies or a new Wave Brain Drain

One of the most acute and widespread problems of contemporary Russian society is the brain drain. The article analyses economic and demographic causes of this phenomenon, but stresses the importance of another factor determining the new wave of brain drain - the author identifies it as a distorted and not adapted to the Russian high school traditions implementation of western educational technologies.
