Влияние низкоинтенсивного лазерного излучения на нервные клетки в условиях нарастающей гипоксии

Low-level laser radiation influence on the nervous cells under increasing hypoxia conditions

In experiments in vitro on the neuronal model - surviving slices of cerebellum of mice and rats the direct influence of the low-level laser radiation on the impulse activity of neurons was shown. The narure of the induced reaction depended on the dose of radiation. For the low doses of laser radiation (140-300 mcV/sm2) the stimulating, prolonged and starting effect on the neuronal activity is typical. For the high doses (40, 60 mV/sm2) the activating-inhibitory effect is typical. Low-level laser radiation has the antihypoxical properties, which manifested itself at low concentration of oxygene and in the period of reoxygenation and depends on dose of radiation. These results give wide opportunities for using of low-level laser radiation as an effective prophylactic and recovery method in treatment of brain ishaemic states.
