Optical and scintillation properties of hybrid manganese(<scp>ii</scp>) bromides with formamidinium and acetamidinium cations

The compact organic cations of formamidinium (FA<jats:sup>+</jats:sup>) and acetamidinium (AcA<jats:sup>+</jats:sup>) provides the formation of four new hybrid manganese(<jats:sc>ii</jats:sc>) bromides of different coordination, stoichiometry, and emission properties under UV and X-ray excitation.
