Foundation and Mechanism of Russian - GCC Collaboration

The article is devoted to the legal foundation of present economic collaboration among Russian Federation and Gulf Cooperation countries. Lately, business contacts between Russia and Arabic countries have developed considerably, mainly due to the favorable political climate. Russian-Arab trade turnover in 2009 approached 8 billion US dollars. The formation of institutions and mechanisms for the realization of bilateral potential is currently the key to collaboration between Russia and the Arab and Muslim world. This cooperation is very important for participants, and they need to provide a strategic instrument for increased clothe collaboration in economic sphere.
