В статье автор через анализ доктрин информационной безопасности Российской Федерации и изменений действующего законодательства характеризует существующие информационные угрозы, официальные взгляды и проблемы формирования правового обеспечения безопасности личности, актуальные вопросы правотворчества и правоприменения в информационной сфере при сохранении баланса интересов личности, общества и государства в условиях новых вызовов и информационных и информационно-технологических угроз современного общества.

CURRENT ISSUES OF LEGAL SUPPORT PERSONAL INFORMATION SECURITY

In the article, the author, through the analysis of the information security Doctrines of the Russian Federation and changes in the current legislation, characterizes the existing information threats, official views and problems of the formation of legal support for the security of the individual, topical issues of lawmaking and law enforcement in the information sphere while maintaining a balance of interests of the individual, society and the state in conditions new challenges and information and information technology threats of modern society.
