СОВЕРШЕНСТВОВАНИЕ ИНВЕСТИЦИОННОЙ ПОЛИТИКИ ФИНАНСОВОЙ КОРПОРАЦИИ В РЕСПУБЛИКЕ КАЗАХСТАН

В статье рассмотрены проблемы формирования инвестиционной политики в финансовой корпорации Республики Казахстан и пути их решения. Авторами представлен преимущественно прикладной теоретико-методологический базис по заявленной теме. Рассматриваются вопросы совершенствования инвестиционной политики через призму зарубежного опыта управления корпоративными финансами, что актуально в современных условиях. Авторы отмечают, что в результате предложенных мероприятий по повышению эффективности инвестиционной деятельности ТОО «X-ИНВЕСТ» был получен желаемый результат, доказывающий поставленную в начале исследования гипотезу, но для большей эффективности практической деятельности ТОО «X-ИНВЕСТ» в области инвестиций в дальнейшем следует осуществлять постоянный мониторинг практических и теоретических источников по теме формирования инвестиционной политики. Поскольку исследование является прикладным, часть информации не разглашается публично. В данной статье приводится лишь часть полученных результатов. Гипотеза исследования подтверждена. Практическая значимость исследования состоит в возможности внедрения полученных результатов в практическую деятельность компании - разработанных практических рекомендаций по совершенствованию принципов формирования инвестиционной политики предприятия, что приведет к снижению объема неэффективных инвестиций, а также инвестиционных рисков. Информационная база исследования: разработки авторов, сведения из организационно-распорядительной документации фирм, финансовая отчетность фирм, современная отечественная и зарубежная научная литература.

The article deals with the problems of formation of the investment policy in a financial corporation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and ways to solve them. The authors present a predominantly applied theoretical and methodological basis on the stated topic. The issues of improving the investment policy through the prism of foreign experience in corporate finance management, which is relevant in modern conditions, are considered. The authors note that as a result of the proposed measures to improve the efficiency of the investment activities of LLP "X-INVEST", the desired result was obtained, proving the hypothesis set at the beginning of the study, but for greater efficiency of the practical activities of LLP "X-INVEST" in the field of investment, in the future, constant monitoring of practical and theoretical sources on the topic of investment policy formation should be carried out. Since the research is of applied nature, some of the information is not disclosed publicly. This article presents only a part of the results obtained. The hypothesis of the study was confirmed. The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of introducing the results obtained into the practical activities of the company - developed practical recommendations for improving the principles of forming the investment policy of the enterprise, which will lead to a decrease in the volume of inefficient investments, as well as investment risks. Information base of the research: developments of the authors, information from the organizational and administrative documentation of firms, financial statements of firms, modern domestic and foreign scientific literature.
