INVESTIGATING THE EFFECT OF BOLT MANUFACTURING METHODS ON ITS EFFICIENCY

The current article examines the impact of bolt manufacturing methods on the performance of bolted fasteners. Moreover, the article also emphasizes the importance of considering the static and fatigue strength of bolts in bolted connection design. Therefore, the authors have attempted to compare the performance of bolts produced by different machining methods. In other words, this study intends to provide insights into the most effective production methods to improve bolted connection reliability and prevent accidents caused by bolted connection failure.
