The article is devoted to the problem of developing technologies for managing multinational personnel of organizations. It examines three main aspects of a culturally heterogeneous collective (static, dynamic and ethical), taking into account which makes it possible to determine the most appropriate methods and procedures for managing such a collective. The main conclusion of the article is that in order to take into account the specifics of multinational personnel, it is necessary to develop a technology that could take into account the static, dynamic, ethical characteristics of the team, focus on people and their interactions, as well as promote the integration of different cultures within the organization.
