Отношение грузинского общества и влияние православной церкви к европейским ценностям

В статье освящены такие проблемы как процесс демократизации Грузии, смены режимов, трансформация общественного мнения и менталитета. Описаны европейские ценности, отношение церкви и консервативной части населения в условиях современных реалий. Уделено значение созданию и укреплению государственных институтов внутри страны. Процесс либерализации вызывает разногласия в обществе по различным направлениям, в том числе, открытыми демонстрациями представителей меньшинств. В ответ, на парад меньшинств по инициативе патриарха всея Грузии Илии второго был создан день - крепости и святости семьи. Тем самым, церковь подчеркнула важность тех традиций и устоев, которых придерживается православная церковь, а также часть грузинского общества.

The article deals with such problems as the process of democratization of Georgia, change of regimes, transformation of public opinion and mentality. European values, the attitude of the church and the conservative part of the population in the conditions of modern realities are described. Emphasis is placed on the creation and strengthening of state institutions within the country. The liberalization process is divisive in society on various fronts, including open demonstrations by minorities. In response to the parade of minorities, on the initiative of the patriarch of whole Georgia, Ilia II, a day was created - the strength and holiness of the family. Thus, the church emphasized the importance of those traditions and abutments that the Orthodox Church adheres to, as well as part of the Georgian society.
