ВЛИЯНИЕ ЭФФЕКТИВНОГО УПРАВЛЕНИЯ КОММУНИКАЦИЯМИ МЕЖДУ ПРЕПОДАВАТЕЛЯМИ ВУЗОВ И СТУДЕНТАМИ

Обучение в ВУЗе и успешность обучения зависят не только от методического обеспечения и технологий преподавания, но и от эффективности коммуникационного процесса, между студентами и преподавателями. Коммуникация между преподавателем и студентами должна выстраиваться на основе взаимного доверия и уважения. Преподаватель должен продемонстрировать своим студентам не только уровень своей профессиональной компетентности, но и показать, что он настроен на заботу и поддержку студентов в трудных ситуациях. В связи с вышеизложенным, автором настоящей статьи, была предпринята попытка научного анализа и критического осмысления проблемы влияния эффективного управления коммуникациями между преподавателями ВУЗов и студентами, как основы современного образовательного процесса в ВУЗе.

Education at the university and the success of education depend not only on methodological support and teaching technologies, but also on the effectiveness of the communication process between students and teachers. Communication between the teacher and students should be built on the basis of mutual trust and respect. The teacher must demonstrate to his students not only the level of his professional competence, but also show that he is determined to care and support students in difficult situations. In connection with the foregoing, the author of this article made an attempt to scientific analysis and critical understanding of the problem of the impact of effective communication management between university teachers and students, as the basis of the modern educational process in a university.
