Giuseppe Arcimboldo’s world viewpoint and its relevance

The article reveals the content of ‘geopolitical culture’ which is the new term in the theory of international relations. The article shows the saturation of the subject field with problems that act as a bridge between culture and the problems of international communication in the broadest sense.

В статье раскрывается содержание нового термина в теории международных отношений «геополитическая культура». Показано насыщение предметного поля проблемами, которые выступают в качестве моста между культурой и проблемами международного общения в самом широком смысле.
