Африка: вызов постколониального будущего: Ежегодник - 2016: сборник статей

Очередной выпуск ежегодной серии «Африканские исследования», подготовленный с участием ученых-африканистов РУДН и Института Африки РАН, Института востоковедения РАН, посвящен актуальным проблемам современного социально-политического\r\nи экономического развития стран Африки в контексте вызовов глобализации. В центре\r\nвнимания находится проблема вызова постколониального будущего, поиска путей достижения целей глобального развития человечества, стратегического взаимодействия и интеграции на Африканском континенте, включая партнерство в рамках объединения БРИКС.\r\nСпециально рассмотрены такие проблемы, как участие России и СССР в борьбе за сохранение суверенитета Эфиопии, роль Мальты в разгроме немецко-фашистских войск, проблема\r\nличностного лидерства в исламе, возможные направления сотрудничества России и Египта\r\nв сфере изучения и добычи минеральных ресурсов.

Africa: Challenge of Postcolonial Future: Yearbook - 2016

This issue of the annual African Studies series, prepared with the participation of Africanist scholars from the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia, the Institute for African Studies of\r\nthe Russian Academy of Sciences and the Institute of Oriental Studies of the Russian Academy of\r\nSciences, centers around topical problems of contemporary social, political and economic development of African countries in the context of challenges posed by globalization. The primary\r\nfocus is on the problem of the postcolonial future, the searches for the ways of non-conflict development of Africa, the achievement of the goals of global development of mankind, and strategic\r\ninteraction and integration on the African continent, including Russia’s participation and partnership within the framework of the BRICS Group. Particularly examined is the issue of personal\r\nleadership in Islam; the major ethical systems and related national reconciliation models (South\r\nAfrica, Rwanda, Madagascar) are discussed; the role of Malta in defeating the German Nazi forces\r\nis highlighted; and an assessment is given of the possible areas of cooperation between Russia and\r\nEgypt in surveying and prospecting for mineral deposits.
