Оценка вклада ООПТ в социально-экономическое развитие региона

Книга представляет собой результат исследований, проведенных в 2023 г. авторским коллективом по проекту «Сохранение биоразнообразия и развитие потенциала территории национального парка «Смоленское Поозерье» в рамках благотворительной программы Фонда «ЗАПОВЕДНОЕ ПОСОЛЬСТВО». В книге приведен обзор международного и российского опыта оценки социально-экономических эффектов от деятельности ООПТ, разработанная авторами методология и прикладная методика проведения подобных оценок, приемлемая для России, а также результаты оценки вклада национального парка «Смоленское Поозерье» в социально-экономическое развитие Смоленской области. Разработанная авторами методика может быть применима при экономическом обосновании инвестиций в развитие экологического туризма на ООПТ как органами государственной власти, так и коммерческими структурами и инвесторами.

The book is based on the research conducted in 2023 by the team of authors in terms of the project “Biodiversity conservation and territory capacity development for the National Park “Smolenskoe Poozerye” which was conducted as part of the program Charity Foundation “PROTECTED AREAS EMBASSY”. The book presents a review of the international and Russian experience of the assessment of the socio-economic effects from the activities of the protected areas SPNA; the methodology developed by the authors and applied technique of such assessments acceptable for Russia and also the results of the assessments of the contribution of the Smolenskoye Poozerie National Park to the socio-economic development of the Smolensk region. Developed by the authors «The method of assessment of the contribution of the SPNA of federal significance to the socio-economic development of the region» can be used by state authoreties and private investors at the assessment of the effectiveness of the proposals and projects aimed at the development of the SPNA.
