ПРАВО НА ОБРАЗОВАНИЕ ДЕТЕЙ-БЕЖЕНЦЕВ НА БЛИЖНЕМ ВОСТОКЕ В СВЕТЕ ЦЕЛЕЙ УСТОЙЧИВОГО РАЗВИТИЯ

Право на образование детей-беженцев является важным вопросом повестки ЦУР-4. Многие государства активно внедряют в свою национальную политику программы по поддержке дважды уязвимой группы населения. По данным ЮНИСЕФ наибольшее количество детей-беженцев приходится на страны Ближнего Востока, где сейчас происходит процесс перехода от тоталитарной диктатуры к западным веянием демократии. В данной статье рассмотрены международно-правовые аспекты ЦУР-4 и перспективы развития данной цели на Ближнем Восток.

THE RIGHT TO EDUCATION OF REFUGEE CHILDREN IN THE MIDDLE EAST IN THE LIGHT OF THE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS

The right to education of refugee children is an important issue on the SDG-4 agenda. Many States are actively implementing programs to support the twice vulnerable population group in their national policies. According to UNICEF, the largest number of refugee children are in the countries of the Middle East, where the transition from totalitarian dictatorship to Western trends of democracy is currently taking place. This article discusses the international legal aspects of SUR-4 and the prospects for the development of this goal in the Middle East.
