Роль стартапов в развитии "зеленых" технологий

Статья посвящена развитию инновационных «зеленых» стартапов в современных условиях. Зеленые технологии предполагают сведение вредных выбросов в окружающую среду до минимума. Подходы к развитию и применению экологически чистых технологий в современном мире становятся все более актуальными и востребованными в условиях ухудшающего состояния мировой экосистемы, что приводит к росту общественного интереса к «зеленым» стартапам.Однако авторы отмечают, что прогресс в области экологически чистых технологий сопровождается целым рядом проблем, которые требуют внимания правительств и принятия стратегических решений в данной области. Это такие проблемы, как институциональные ограничения, финансовые сложности и технологические барьеры, отсутствие экологического мышления у населения, высокие риски внедрения инновационных экологических решений, мизерное количество специализированных цифровых платформ для инновационных экологических стартапов. Комплексный подход к развитию экологических стартапов требует разработки и реализации национальных и международных стратегий и программ государственной поддержки развития «зеленых» технологий, конструирования соответствующей институциональной среды, способствующей созданию благоприятных условий для роста «зеленого» бизнеса, а также развития цифровых технологий.

The article deals with the development of innovative “green” startups in modern conditions. Green technologies involve minimizing harmful emissions into the environment. Approaches to the development and application of environmentally friendly technologies in the modern world are becoming more relevant and in demand in the context of the deteriorating state of the global ecosystem, which leads to an increase in public interest in “green” start-ups.However, the authors note that progress in the field of environmentally friendly technologies is accompanied by a number of issues that require the attention of governments and the adoption of strategic decisions in this area. Those are such issues as: institutional restrictions, financial difficulties and technological barriers, lack of ecological thinking among the population, high risks of introducing innovative environmental solutions, a small number of specialized digital platforms for innovative environmental start-ups. An integrated approach to the development of environmental start-ups requires the development and implementation of national and international strategies and programs of state support for the development of “green” technologies, the construction of an appropriate institutional environment that contributes to the creation of favourable conditions for the growth of “green” business, as well as the development of digital technologies.
