ПРОЦЕССЫ РАЗРАБОТКИ СТРАТЕГИИ НАЦИОНАЛЬНОЙ БЕЗОПАСНОСТИ В РФ И КНР

В статье рассматриваются особенности процессов разработки стратегии национальной безопасности в РФ и КНР. Автор отмечает, что процессы разработки стратегий национальной безопасности включают такие аспекты, как анализ внешней и внутренней политики, определение целевых ориентиров, изучение основных уязвимых «точек» государств с точки зрения нанесения им ущерба из вне, разработка стратегических целей и векторов движения к ним.

The article examines the peculiarities of national security strategy development processes in the Russian Federation and the People's Republic of China. The author notes that the processes of developing national security strategies include such aspects as the analysis of foreign and domestic policy, the definition of targets, the study of the main vulnerable "points" of the states in terms of damage from outside, the development of strategic objectives and vectors of movement to them
