Развитие цифровых технологий оказывает воздействие на все области человеческих знаний и действий. Система правосудия не является исключением. Судебная система Перу, как и другие страны Азиатско-Тихоокеанского региона, постепенно движется к поставленной цели по цифровизации судебной системы. Успех по внедрению цифровых технологий в судебную систему Республики Перу во многом связан с системой «Электронный судебный файл», которая успешно применяется практических во всех судебных органах страны. В настоящей статье автором анализируются основные элементы системы «Электронный судебный файл», а также влияние данной системы на процессы рассмотрения и разрешения споров гражданско-правового характера в Перу.

The development of digital technologies has an impact on all areas of human knowledge and action. The justice system is no exception. The judicial system of Peru, like other countries in the Asia-Pacific region, is gradually moving towards the goal of digitalizing the judicial system. The success in introducing digital technologies into the judicial system of the Republic of Peru is largely due to the Electronic Court File system, which is successfully used in almost all judicial bodies of the country. In this article, the author analyzes the main elements of the "Electronic Court File" system, as well as the impact of this system on the processes of consideration and resolution of civil law disputes in Peru.
