В статье рассматривается текущее состояние мирового и национального рынка деривативов, проблемы и перспективы их развития. Автором применяются методы систематизации данных, логических заключений, графический и табличный методы, что позволяет ясно понять тренд развития рынка производных финансовых инструментов в разрезе биржевого и внебиржевого рынка (OTC), определить наиболее востребованные инструменты.

The development of the global financial market and the globalization of the economy are accompanied by the evolution and spread of derivative financial instruments. The article examines the current state of the global and national derivatives market, problems and prospects for their development. The author uses methods of systematization of data, logical conclusions, graphical and tabular methods, which makes it possible to clearly understand the trend in the development of the market of derivative financial instruments in the context of the exchange and over-the-counter (OTC) market, to determine the most popular instruments.
