A possibility for the biostimulator to produce an inductive effect upon the L-amino acid oxidase synthesis has been studied with some of physical and chemical characteristics of these activities analyzed. It is shown that under the biostimulator influence the spectrum of the Irichoderma sp. oxidase activity towards L-amino acids is becoming wider, the specific activities of the earlier described alpha-oxidases are increasing considerably. The revealed oxidase activities are characterized by different pH optimum values, high affinity for the substrate and thermostability. The data obtained are used for purification of the enzymes and diagnosis of the antitumour activity.
