CREATIVITY IN ADOLESCENCE

Various aspects of the problem of creativity have been studied for many years and have a rich history. Creativity as the object of scientific knowledge has a distinct specificity. Despite the popularity of creativity as a research topic, there is still a lot of information yet to find out. The research describes various approaches to creativity, as well as reviews characteristics that form the concept of creativity. School programs are designed to develop individuality, initiative and independence in the child, but in practice, it may vary. Creativity for today's work environment is necessary as competition and workforce grows. Stereotypical thinking interferes with the development of both the individual and society. As it turns out, there are various methods for increasing the flexibility of thinking and, as a result, reducing stereotypical thinking. Creativity is worth developing throughout life, and this article will describe ways to productively cultivate creativity in adolescence. This article aims to examine developing and cultivating creativity in adolescence, as well as characteristics, that form the concept of creativity.
