Интенсивное развитие информационных технологий привело к необходимости изучения проблем влияния интернет-коммуникаций на политические процессы в государстве. Интернет, став одной из форм политической коммуникации, заставляет определить оптимальные пути его практического применения и функционирования в государственном процессе, что будет способствовать налаживанию активного диалога между обществом и властью. Правительственные круги Китая, осознавая необходимость сохранения паритета со странами Запада, способствуют активной разработке и усовершенствованию собственных киберсредств, способных удерживать целостность китайской информационной инфраструктуры и одновременно активно взаимодействовать с мировым сообществом.

The intensive development of information technologies has led to the need to study the problems of the influence of Internet communications on political processes in the state, in particular, experts say that modern society is at the stage of active introduction and use of Internet technologies in the political process both at the international and national levels, so political actors are forced to adapt to the requirements and principles interactions in the Internet space; also, the Internet, having become one of the forms of political communication, makes it necessary to determine the optimal ways of its practical application and functioning in the state process, which will contribute to the establishment of an active dialogue between the public and the authorities. Chinese government circles, realizing the need to maintain parity with Western countries, contribute to the active development and improvement of their own cyber tools that can both maintain the integrity of the Chinese information infrastructure and actively interact with the world community.
