В статье установлена проблема влияния климатических изменений на комплексное развитие Арктического региона. Цель исследования состоит в проведении анализа мер, реализуемых в Арктическом регионе по достижению целей устойчивого развития ООН. Научная новизна состоит выявлении экономически благоприятных направлений освоения арктических земель для государственных и частных проектов, начиная от добычи полезных ископаемых, заканчивая реализацией бизнес-планов граждан РФ.

ECONOMIC PROSPECTS FOR DEVELOPMENT OF THE ARCTIC REGION UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF GLOBAL WARMING AND ACHIEVING SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS

The article establishes the problem of the impact of climate change on the integrated development of the Arctic region. The purpose of the study is to analyze the measures implemented in the Arctic region to achieve the UN sustainable development goals. The scientific novelty consists in identifying economically favorable areas for the development of the Arctic lands for public and private projects, ranging from mining to the implementation of business plans of citizens of the Russian Federation.
