NORTH POLE: CAUSES OF IMPORTANCE AND CHALLENGES AHEAD

Today, the Arctic region and the North Pole count as the best sources of energy for the future. Many countries in this region try to claim territories and gain more benefits as possible. The Arctic region consists of lands with borders with many countries. However, the North Pole is covered by frozen seas that are higher than the Arctic Ocean with huge resources for the future. The actions of actors in this region, made us think, about why the North Pole is important for states? Which resources are we talking about? And who are the main actors in the Arctic region? In this regard, the research will focus on the future benefits of the Arctic for the global community and the available challenges in this area. Also, this note can provide us with a future perspective of the North Pole and possible events.
