EL DESARROLLO DE LA ASOCIACION ESTRATEGICA ENTRE BRASIL Y LA UNION EUROPEA

El autor analiza el surgimiento y desarrollo de la asociación estratégica entre Brasil y la Unión Europea, identifica las principales áreas de cooperación , que elaboran en las cumbres de Brasil – la UE. Brasil y la UE están desarrollando activamente el comercio y la cooperación económica, la cooperación en la solución de los problemas sociales, la protección del medio ambiente, el desarrollo de fuentes de energía alternativas, salvar el clima . El autor hace hincapié en que la conclusión de un área de libre comercio entre la UE y Mercosur contribuirá a la expansión de las relaciones de Brasil y la UE.

THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE STRATEGIC PARNERSHIP BETWEEN BRAZIL AND EUROPEAN UNION

The author analyzes the emergence and development of the strategic partnership between Brazil and the European Union, identifies the main areas of cooperation , which were determined at the summits of Brazil – the EU . Brazil and the EU are actively developing trade and economic cooperation, cooperation in the solution of social problems, environmental protection, development of alternative energy sources, save the climate. The author emphasizes that the conclusion of a free trade area between the EU and Mercosur would contribute to the expansion of relations in Brazil and the EU.
