In fact, the topic of socialization of foreign students in a new country has been studied since the middle of the 20th century, but there are still several problems that have not been resolved, for example, the adaptation of courses for foreigners. This review demonstrates the most pressing problems of foreign students over the past 37 years. The research method used: several the most pressing problems were selected for all the studied articles pie charts of the most pressing problems were drawn up in order to analyze the level of general stress of foreigners; a pie chart was also created with problems that have not been eliminated so far. The research shows that socialization problems are solved in most cases if the cultural pattern from which the student came matches the cultural pattern of the country he came to study. In this case, the overall stress level is minimal. The results of this study can help university leaders to understand the main problems that students face to make their life and study in a new country as comfortable as possible. Another outcome is that the study under consideration can help in the development of support programs for the socialization of foreign students.
