СОВЕРШЕНСТВОВАНИЕ ПОДХОДОВ К ОЦЕНКЕ МОТИВАЦИИ ТРУДА ПЕРСОНАЛА НА ПРЕДПРИЯТИИ

В статье проанализированы существующие подходы к мотивации труда на предприятии, выявлена взаимосвязь между системой мотивации сотрудника и предприятия. Разработан подход к оценке эффективности системы мотивации сотрудника на предприятии, который, в отличие от существующих, позволяет количественно оценить уровень мотивации сотрудника на предприятии.

The article analyzes the existing approaches to the motivation of work in the enterprise, reveals the relationship between the system of motivation of the employee and the enterprise. An approach to evaluating the effectiveness of the employee motivation system at the enterprise has been developed, which, unlike the existing ones, allows us to quantify the level of employee motivation at the enterprise.
